Description
"Introduction to scientific High Performance Computing" course is going to deliver all necessary information for users whom want start working with HPC system available at ACC Cyfronet AGH.

- command line interface for remote access to servers
- linux bash entry tutorial
- Available computational and storage resources of Promethes and Zeus supercomputers
- Scientific software environment management (Modules/Lmod)
- Working with queuing systems

- efficient usage of SLURM queuing system

- Documentation and user support
- Zeus and Prometheus as an integral part of PLGrid Infrastructure

Requirements
Each user shoud have PLGrid account, active affliation and access to Prometheus cluster. Accounts could be obtained in Portal PLGrid and access to Prometheus cluster in PLGrid Apps Catalogue. If somebody does not have active affliation please contact organisers at training@cyfronet.pl.
