 r. \nDuring this training\, you will learn many useful Linux commands tha
 t will allow you to prepare and run a job on a Supercomputer. You will fam
 iliarize yourself with the Linux toolset to make your work on the supercom
 puter more convenient. The training covers basic Bash scripting.\nIt does
  not provide an in-depth description on how to run a job on HPC. That is c
 overed by Running Calculations the HPC way training provided at ACK Cyfro
 net AGH.\nAgenda\n\nEnvironmental variables and storage spaces - learning 
 distinct features of the supercomputer\; variables\, env vars\, export\, $
 HOME\, $SCRATCH\, $USER\, $PLG_GROUPS_STORAGE\,\nFile permissions - unders
 tanding ownership of files\; ls -l\, chmod\,\nTransferring files to and fr
 om the supercomputer - tar\, scp\nRunning a job and viewing results - sbat
 ch\, find\, grep\, mc\nScripting in bash - for\, sleep\, date\, seq\, bc\n
 \nDuration\n3 hours\nTarget audience\nTraining is intended for people who 
 are familiar with the basics of Linux and haven't used a supercomputer yet
 . \nRequirements\nWe recommend doing this training after completing Abso
 lute Basics of Linux training provided at ACK Cyfronet AGH.\nNo account r
 equired.\nParticipants' computers should be equipped with software that al
 lows SSH connections. On Windows\, it is recommended to use Windows Termi
 nal after checking if OpenSSH is installed. We advise against using Putty
 .\nVenue\nThe workshop will be conducted online on the Zoom platform. The
