The second round of the Cracov workshop will focus on a detailed analysis of pilots’ use cases and user stories to address challenges in resource interoperability and composability. Participants will collaborate to identify technical requirements and explore standards for developing a proof of concept that integrates diverse resources into a functional, unified environment. Federated discovery and access mechanisms will also be examined to enhance user activity and interest.

Expected outcomes include:

• A roadmap for key user stories and their implementation.
• Early PoCs developed during mini-hackathons to validate concepts.
• Clear definitions of federated capabilities for user stories.
• A functional specification for a federated catalogue to support these solutions

The session facilitates discussions on node-to-node exchange services integration. Participants will have the opportunity for bilateral 30-minute discussions with the nodes they need to engage with, switching as needed. Additionally, a pre-booking option allows for dedicated two-hour sessions between specific nodes to enable more focused and planning.

This session provides Pilots integrating with sandbox services the opportunity to engage in structured 30-minute discussions on core service integration, with the flexibility to switch as needed.

This session focuses on developing implementation plans for the upcoming milestones: M13 (April 2025), M15 (June 2025), and M17 (August 2025). Participants will outline key technical and integration steps. Additionally, the session will cover the preparation of demos for the upcoming review.
