- Do 28 lutego 2026 — prześlij nam streszczenie referatu (1-2 stron, max. 2300 znaków) oraz oświadczenie dla autorów
- Do 6 marca 2026 — otrzymasz decyzję o zakwalifikowaniu referatu do wygłoszenia
- Do 15 marca 2026 — zarejestruj się jako uczestnik w konferencji
Streszczenia referatów - obowiązkowe
Streszczenie referatu (1-2 stron, max. 2300 znaków) w j. ang. prosimy przesłać w pliku o nazwie Nazwisko_Imie.docx najpóźniej do dnia 28 lutego 2026, poprzez formularz zgłoszenia abstraktu.
Osoby zgłaszające abstrakt muszą posiadać konto w Portalu PLGrid.
Streszczenie powinno zostać sformatowane zgodnie z szablonem streszczenia (pobierz plik) i powinno zawierać:
- tytuł, autorów, instytucję, adres e-mail, keywords (5-7 słów kluczowych, od najogólniejszych do szczegółowych),
- treść z uwzględnieniem rezultatów obliczeń; może zawierać ilustracje i powinno składać się z następujących sekcji:
- Introduction (max. 500 chars).
- Description of the problem (max. 500 chars).
- Related work (max. 300 chars).
- Solution of the problem:
- the algorithm you have invented to solve your problem,
- the software (tools, services, libraries) used,
- the computing and storage resources used.
- Conclusions.
- Acknowledgements, including the PLGrid grant ID (obligatory).
- References. (sections 4-7: max. 1000 chars).
Abstrakty niedostosowane do wymogów redakcyjnych zaznaczonych w szablonie streszczenia lub nie uwzględniające powyższej struktury mogą nie zostać przyjęte.
Streszczenia referatów zaakceptowanych na konferencję zostaną wydane w postaci zeszytów konferencyjnych KUKDM Proceedings.
Oświadczenia - obowiązkowe
Ze względu na publikację streszczeń w KUKDM Proceedings, autorzy są proszeni o podpisanie stosownych oświadczeń dotyczących praw autorskich do treści abstraktów.
Skany podpisanych oświadczeń należy przesłać razem z abstraktem poprzez formularz zgłoszenia abstraktu.
Prezentacje w czasie KUKDM
Podczas wysyłania streszczenia referatu uprzejmie prosimy o określenie preferowanej formy prezentacji: prezentacja ustna lub plakat.
Podczas konferencji referaty mogą być prezentowane w języku polskim lub angielskim.
Prelegenci będą mieć 15 min. na wygłoszenie swojej prezentacji.
W przypadku dużej liczby nadesłanych referatów, część z nich może zostać zaprezentowana w formie plakatu.
Deadlines
Before the conference:
- By February 28, 2026 - send us the abstract of the paper (1-2 pages, max. 2300 characters) and the statement for authors.
- By March 6, 2026 - you will receive a decision on qualifying the paper for presentation
- By March 15, 2026 - register as a participant in the conference
Abstracts of papers - mandatory
Please send your paper abstract (1-2 pages, max. 2300 characters) in English in a file named Surname_Name.docx no later than February 28, 2026, via the abstract submission form.
All persons submitting abstracts must have an account on the PLGrid Portal.
The abstract should be formatted according to the abstract template (download the file) and should include:
- title, authors, institution, email address, keywords (5-7 keywords, from the most general to specific),
- content including results of calculations; may include illustrations and should consist of the following sections:
- Introduction (max. 500 chars).
- Description of the problem (max. 500 chars).
- Related work (max. 300 chars).
- Solution of the problem:
- the algorithm you have invented to solve your problem,
- the software (tools, services, libraries) used,
- the computing and storage resources used.
- Conclusions.
- Acknowledgements, including the PLGrid grant ID (obligatory).
- References. (sections 4-7: max. 1000 chars).
Abstracts that do not conform to the editorial requirements marked in the abstract template or do not take into account the above structure may not be accepted.
Abstracts of papers accepted for the conference will be published in the form of KUKDM Proceedings.
Mandatory Declarations
Due to the publication of abstracts in the KUKDM Proceedings, authors are requested to sign appropriate declarations regarding copyright to the content of the abstracts.
Scans of signed declarations should be sent together with the abstract via the abstract submission form.
Presentations during KUKDM
When submitting your abstract, please specify your preferred presentation format: oral or poster.
Papers may be presented in Polish or English during the conference.
Speakers will have 15 minutes to deliver their presentation.
In case of a large number of submitted papers, some of them may be presented as posters.
