Description
Currently, cities have reached a state where further development towards being Smart is completely dependent on how they use the data held in their silo systems. Of course, the problem still exists in the Quality and Openness of this data but also in the choice of tools for their analysis. There is one more aspect in the form of human resources who will use these tools to analyze and present the data to decision-makers. Public institutions usually cannot afford highly qualified Data Science engineers/programmers. Fortunately, thanks to the currently available tools with trustworthy AI technology, the work of Data Science analysts can be performed by people who do not necessarily have an IT engineering diploma but have certified training and knowledge of how to use these modern tools.
